I have been looking for a story I read years ago which featured a powerful and maybe a part creature Harry who is sent into the Lord of the Rings universe. He is not a vampire but had elf like qualities. He lives with the elves and I remember that at one point his arm became bird like or a claw. I can not remember many details about this story just that Harry was more powerful and maybe a tad darker.
