Because if you can't then it means that whenever you transfigure an object, let's say a feather into a goblet, there is going to be some magic that is keeping the feather in its new form, and you merely remove said magic when you untransfigure said goblet back into a feather. So we all know about wards, and what they are/do. Question is, how do they work? How are they made? How are they broken? In advance, I apologize for any rambling that may follow. Where the spell hits...
Hi, there. I was just wondering, does it matter where you get hit with a spell? I mean, would it affect the effectiveness of the spell? For example, say you get hit with a Stunner on your little finger, for some reason. Would you still be Stunned? Or would the effect be altered? And with spells like Conjunctivitis Curse, if you hit someone with it, say, on their leg, would the spell still work? Or does it have to hit the eyes, or general thereabouts? Thanks in...
