A page with all the current tags listed, being able to click on each one and have a link to a search for that tag. The point being you might not necessarily know what the author may have called a specific tag, or being able to look at the list for ideas of what you would want to read.

 

That is exactly what I was thinking of, it looks fantastic.

Edit: I noticed a problem, on at least one of the tags, superpower, it shows one story in the bubble but when you click on it it shows two stories, it might be because one uses "superpower" and the other uses "superpowered", so the search gets any tag containing superpower but the list doesn't see it.

Re-edit: It might be easier if the tags were displayed alphabetically.
