On the question, if he is alive or dead I didn't take into account the Robert Strong theory. Firstly because if it's true, it has not yet been shown and secondly you could argue, if it is him, then he is not longer Gregor.
Second question that was a bit iffy, was the brotherhood one. I didn't count Mountain's men as a brotherhood, because I just don't think they were a brotherhood. Some may have different opinion on that.
Those are the two questions that I guess could have taken some on the wrong track.

 

The Mountain was on my short list, along with other mercenaries who died by alternate means.
