First off, 643 please learn a little grammar and demonstrate it. DLP is a not chatroom.

    My Favorites
    1. Fight Club
    2. The Matrix (The 1st one was cool. The rest were too rushed.)
    3. Saving Private Ryan (Best war movie, no doubt)
    4. Happy Gilmore
    5. Billy Madison

    Worst Movies

If there are movies that I don't like I usually turn them off and forget about them.

A lot of wonderful movies mentioned so far.

    My Likes: (no order)

American History X - Simply the most intense and powerful film I can remember.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - Jack and a bunch of famous crazies all locked up together. Plus, Nurse Ratched, proof you don't need fangs to be evil.

Halloween - Classic. Still the standard for this genre.

The Usual Suspects - Brilliant. Kept me guessing the whole way.

The Last Temptation of Christ - Very under appreciated IMO. Martin Scorsese, Harvey Keitel as Judas, and a freaky Peter Gabriel soundtrack. What's not to love.

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? - A dinner party that spirals out of control in a drunken spiral. Yes its black and white, but still. (Watch with beer and its even better.)

    My "Oh God Why!" List

Pirahna 2 - I remember a winged pirahna flew down a periscope and bit someone's eye.

Best movie of all time: Super Troopers.

    Yeah.

EDIT: Big Trouble in Little China wins. Super Troopers can have the runner-up.

The Book was utterly amazing, the film was tripe, and completely unlike the book, apart from the fact that the characters had the same names. I mean, in the books, Marius is Blonde!

Yeah, not to mention that Marius didn't turn Lestat.
    A vampire called Magnus did.

    They ruined a brilliant book.

This makes me feel so boring.

The only incredibly brilliant movie I can think of that hasn't been mentioned already a dozen times is Party Monster - which is right up there with Clockwork Orange and Pulp Fiction for me. Amazing. Don't let Macaulay Culkin put you off.

    1. Star Wars (All of them together. One big movie) "The Dark Side clouds everything."

    2. Matrix I. Red or Blue? Red.

    3. Donnie Darko. "They made me do it."

    4. Akira "He's our friend. We should be the ones to kill him!"

    5. Super Troopers. "Just get a large, Farva." "I don't want a Large Farva!"

There are far too many crappy movies to pick only five.
