I'm looking for a powerful Harry fic. Before he gets his Hogwarts letter he performs all sorts of accidental magic (e.g. walls appearing during Harry Hunting) so that he is famous in the department of magical catastrophes. One example also is that does international apparation from England to Brazil after freeing the boa from zoo.

That was... surprisingly half decent. Had its errors, especially in the first couple chapters, but wasn't half as bad as I thought it was going to be. Get past the minor bashing, which she resolves, and the unlikable characters start to get a little depth and become likable if you persist.

Not library worthy, but definitely Almost Recommended material.
Too bad it has been abandoned, had some nice potential.
