For once, I'd like to read a fic where Squib!Harry is ostracized by wizards, vows vengeance and retribution upon them for denying him his rights (Gold, property, etc.), and becomes a technological megalomaniac hell bent on destroying magic through science, permanently just to show them how it feels to be a Muggle.

Wow, I just read this because I apparently have way too little to do in life.

What the hell is the point of Harry being a "squib" when he has access, at age 12, to magic far more powerful that canon!Harry has ever used. What kind of "underdog" story is that, anyway?

It wouldn't work. No matter how good of a writer you are, there are certain obstacles that are nearly impossible to overcome.

Magic makes science and technology its bitch. I don't want to start a new argument on it, but magic makes it so that muggles can't even find them, let alone use their weapons on the wizarding world.

And then of course it seems like you want to turn Harry into some evil genius. Well, you can, but he then is just an OC with the name "Harry Potter" attached.

lol, there's a reason it's called fanfiction. I can easily explain how technology and science can defeat magic via energy manipulation, biochemistry, and even magic itself or via Order vs. Chaos. All it takes is research and imagination.

I couldn't get through this fic, it over exaggerated muggle technology to the point were I started to wonder wether or not the author has token some hallucigent to addle the already disoriented and weak-minded brain.

Honestly 'Amost a Squib' by BajaB is far superior.

 

3/5 for this story. It's not too bad. Not the "greatest evar" either. So about average. If it doesnt get into a category, I strongly suggest the Recycle Bin.
