I'm sorry Miss Whiskers, but after three chapters I could not find myself interested enough to get into the story. That, for me, was my only issue with your story. Lack of interest in the plot.

I read the update and found myself surprisingly indifferent to this story. I'd like to see Miss Whiskers finish this one and wrap it all up nicely.

But I find myself wondering why she's introducing the super-secret well-informed yet another faction to this war, while also talking about reaching the fic's end and plans for a sequel.

I think it's going to take a couple more chapters before I believe she's seriously going to finish this fic.

While I remember enjoying this story back in the day, yet another old fic that has not aged well. Couldn't get past the first couple chapters of a reread.

 

Just saw on the first page that Ip82 had rated it with a 3/6 back in 2006... and I remember what he used to rec ...

 

I tried to re-read but the characters are inconsistent ... Harry is bloody angst machine and bah, it didn't age well...

I read it all If you can slog through the normal stuff people complain about it really turns to shit when a 'mysterious new faction that wants to tear down the statute of secrecy' appears who also somehow infiltrated the order, and somehow know he's Harry Potter despite that charm that not even Voldemort knows how to break besides the conventional way of the caster breaking it..

Also now that we get to see Voldemort he's doing the whole "I'll kill everyone you love after making them hate you." spiel.

 

Maybe the fic hasn't aged at all but I have. Every now and then I read an old fic in my favorites list and I'm like "What the fuck was I reading?"
