Im lookin for a good Al Potter fanfic anybody know any good ones and a james potter one to i cant seem to find any good ones :/

 

Probably because there aren't any.

 

Two come to mind for Albus Potter fanfictions:

Backward With Purpose Part II: The Book of Albus by Deadwoodpecker is excellent. You should have read Book I first, or it won't make sense.

Also, respitechristopher's Albus Potter and the Misspent Youth (and the other stories in the Mercurial Trio series) are very good. It's a sequel of one of the best short one-shots extant, Cauterize, by Lady Altair.

 

Cauterize was cool. I disliked reading Misspent Youth, though it is well-written. Not a single likeable character, especially Albus. I found myself longing for Voldemort. Nothing like an immortal and seemingly invincible powerful Dark Lord to shut up some self-important spoilt kids who've never known what it means to fight for something.

 

Backwards with a Purpose series (sequel linked above)

Is pretty much the only one that comes to mind. I read that one back when I was still in my post-Hogwarts!Harry phase.

 

Supposedly the James Potter series is decent if you are into post-Hogwarts era fics. I haven't read it, so I can't offer up any of my own thoughts on it.

 

I'm reading this now. All I can say at the moment is that it's well thought out and detailed.

I'm not sure if I like it yet.
