You know what? I don't fucking care. There are like 20 people I've never played with before, days take a fucking week, and I give like 0 fucks about this game so far. I can barely keep track of which T**** died, let alone what all of the claims are.

I just realized something and am an idiot.

I'm Low-Key Leysmith. I was in jail with my BFF Shadow Moon, despite him not knowing my true identity or something. I know nothing about this book.

When Jan asked me if I was Loki, I was like, "SHIT. HE KNOWS." And assumed he was some kind of Role Seer, which would make him good because there's no way there are two Role Cops. I didn't want to claim my name because it would out that that's what he was since he asked me if I was Loki.

And then I just remembered that he wouldn't be able to view me, which makes me an idiot. I'm running on like 4 hours of sleep and really should just go to bed. So, yeah. I'm Loki.

Anyone that read Mafia Chat in Disney knows how absolutely ridiculous of a role this is for me to have since I said in there that I only claim Loki/post gifs when I'm evil as a throwback reference to a Superhero game where I D2 claimed Loki and was never lynched.

I don't need to be a seer to know you are loki.

I know the lore, and loki is also known as mr. world. the head of thew new gods.
BUT in reality he is a con artist, same as wednesday (odin) and they are doing a big con all over the place.

So yeah .. my lore skills are as impressive as ever.

The problem with loki is. Lorewise there are all 3 options.

A. Scum, because he is Mr.World, head of the New Gods.
B. Town, because he runs a con together with odin.
C. 3rd party. It is fucking Loki, he does what he needs to win.

It kinda depends on how the mods structured the game.

Considering your play, it feels like third party.
The part where you cannot be checked in any way, makes sense with loki, because noone can read that or even knows who he really is for most of the game.

I'm a member of the Old Gods, if that helps. I don't know what the distinction is.

I'm not neutral. I would have claimed D1 if I was. I've D1 claimed to at least a few people every time I've been neutral. I strongly believe that neutrals should be working both sides semi-openly because most people design neutral roles poorly (no offense to the mods) in that they can generally win if they partner with one side.

Hey, my timing isn't my fault. I live in the east, so whenever you post or vote it's in the middle of the night.

 

LJ's freakout is kind of legit. Let's all put aside our differences and collectively murder TMNT. I'll even make a case.

 

I'm in the UK. It's 4 in the morning. I sympathise with you, but that's hardly a compelling argument.

 

Why I assumed loki?

A. obvious third party in this setup. (there are not a lot of other characters who are that split between the worlds)
B. Loki plays both sides, and portraits at least 3 different characters through the book (Low key, Loki, Mr World), which fits perfectly well for someone who cannnot be checked/controlled/targeted.

On the upside he dies like everbody else .. well he dies to laura, shadows zombiewife, but that is all the same to me. Important part is that he is killable.

The only other role would have been mr nancy and if you were sure town, than that would have been your claimed.
Mr Nancy being Anansi the man/spider trickster god.

Oh by the way, you should read Anansi Boys, fun follow up book by neil gaiman.
