It doesn't make sense to me to distance like that in a Elemental/Tempus pairing. Especially since TMNT was the goon and was under slightly more suspicion. Not sure anymore about that pair.

I kinda feel that the only other option available (since having zero protective roles also doesn't make that much sense to me) for someone to be scum with Elemental is exactly Jan (or Plotless, but I have a slightly stronger town read on Plotless).

Even if Elemental and TMNT are both goons and Tempus the neighbourizer power, I think trying to prod a scum partner like that makes little sense.

Issue I have with an Elemental lynch is that it puts the game completely on Tempus. Either he can claim his target died as scum or, if town, scum get two chances to hit his confirm. In either situation he's the have-to lynch.

Extremely WIFOM-y. LJ's made a point of useless votes. Hoping onto a wagon would completely break the pattern, and thus be more noticable, then simply typing out a whatever post and throwing yet another vote on Elemental.

Actually noticed two things on that fonti post.

1. If TMNT flips scum Tempus probably town.

They cancel each other out to an extent but this weird ass Innocent Child claim is messing with me.

 

That's manly the reason I wouln't vote for Elemental just now. Jan came up with a plan that can clear both of us, in which case we would be getting 2 clear town reads.

 

#652 is where I said I could only track once.

My thoughts are on who the scum team might be is Jan/Tempus, or Koalas/Elemental. Jan said only an experienced player could give Tempus a flavor like that and Jan seems to know the source material the most. TMNT gave a very detailed flavor, too. Banks and Fonti both thought Jan was scum. Koalas pretty much cleared Elemental N2 and that links them together. I tracked Koalas to Fonti N1, but nothing happened to her.

Let me put it this way, I wont let myself be mislynched when I can prove I'm town. Least of all for reasons such as gut or because Fonti said that maybe I was scum, half a game ago.
She also believed banks was scum, and ser how that went.

I said I was cool giving elemental a chance to prove himself with Jan's plan. And I'm ok dying to a NK since it will also help town by clearing a guy many people suspect.
But I refuse to go like this.

 

In a town you world you can prove yourself Town if you're target is alive D6. If the claim doesn't go through there is no possible way you're talking yourself out of being a mislynch in a potential mylo or lylo situation.

Then at least I have used my power and I can prove myself. At least I get a chance no matter how slim and elemental also gets his opportunity as I would rather not lynch him and get the opportunity to info into another player instead of one.

 

I truly don't think Elemental is scum and there's some very real issues I have with what lj's been posting. This claim thing kind of overshadowed the iso I wanted to do but I'm not opposed to lynching her.

 

Why only those three?

Oh, alright then. My thoughts on LJ, she hasn't voted for Titus, TMNT, or Banks, which I find is kind of odd? She claims to be Loki which can be any role. Titus, Citrus, and TMNT all liked her and thought she was town. I just find it too obvious if she's scum.

 

Don't want to lynch LJ, so voted for Elemental instead to make a lynch happen.

I keep changing my mind about Tempus's claim - honestly I would have said almost 100% that they were town without any such claim, but since they did I'm not sure whether the role could exist.

I also still disagree wrt modgaming how many confirmable roles there are in a set up. I don't think the reporter was necessarily town (though obviously we now know that it was from the flip) so I'm not sure how confirmable it is, and we also know the neighbouriser is from scum and not confirmable.

I think fonti's interaction point is way stronger to me.

The main issue I have with Tempus, is that I would have used the ability N1/N2. I don't understand why they didn't use it last night failing not using it N1/N2. The timing of things is a little too convenient.

 

Her voting focus on Elemental bugs the crap out of me. And Citrus died to a dayvig, Titus to a lynch tied to that day vig. At best I feel like their reads are first impressions they thought they could get away with. They really didn't have much chance to adjust said reads.

This is what gets me. Tempus is fairly new so I can, if I squint my eyes just right, see him reading the Innocent Child wiki and just taking the wait as long as possible tip as gospel, not considering the role differences. That said the role design is bizarre and the timing couldn't be scummier. Like if this was Jan I'd be voting him no problem.
