It seems I have some serious catching up to do since I was away all day.

I was around 30 at day 1 start i think .. which is a lot for me .. but having two awesome mods and a theme that you love makes you be a bit more fluffy i guess.

 

So far I have to agree to most of what Fontisian said, even though her play style is quite different as some people noticed which intrigues me. The same can be said for Snowvon though.

However I disagree with the order of her reads:

The question Evil asked it's something pretty reasonable to ask, and not alignment indicative to me.

I'm willing to give Snow the benefit of the doubt since it is his b-day but I expect to see more from him.

I'm mostly neutral on plotless.

Regarding TMNTurtwig, I read him as saying that he is omgusing as a way of defense for both him and demonturtle. Since he has played before he could very well now that getting defensive over the light prodding he was getting would only make him look worse.

I still don't understand why you guys scumread him. I thought he was town that game, and I'm MUCH more confident in my read on him than any of you guys' after that.

Even in the FS game I had him down pretty confidently until I let paranoia about Sotek talk me out of it (also Kai)

And that's a real bull argument Jan, that's like a blanket statement that devalues anyone's townreads, to say "oh he must be scum and knows he's town so he just made that up". That's stupid to townread people hard as scum anyways, because then scum has a smaller mislynch pool to work with.

What do you think Von is right now then?

She didn't prod him on it or ask him to explain it. If she was interested in the mindset behind it she would've, especially as he'd just posted it a little bit before. Note she recognizes he's a new player - I'd expect a town!titus all the way up to there to address him as opposed to just talk around him

I agree experienced players don't worry about early votes but he didn't comment on them. Stop ignoring my point. Even an experienced player as scum, it's an easy filler and he will to some degree notice that he has 3 votes on him. Does this mean he's conf!town? Of course not, but I would consider it a decent town-tell in a situation with 3 votes.

And I know you wouldn't just trash a read like that because I know that stuff like that is how you read a lot of players, especially more experienced players that are harder to read. The fact that you've even just posted a shitty image as if it proves that I'm wrong is a testament to the fact that you aren't truly trying to evaluate my thought processes, aka not trying to delineate my alignment. Oh wait, that would be scum that doesn't need to delineate alignments, because it already has almost all of them (depending on neutrals)

I think Tempus moves up to Snowvon-level for #164, considering his RVS was on Fontisian as well.

You should probably order your reads like a spectrum, aka Town X Y Z Scum. Or separate them out more so it's more obvious they're categories, otherwise it's a bit confusing

You say you're willing to give Snowvon the benefit of the doubt - let's say you hadn't read any of Fontisian's posts. Do you still think you would err on the side of scummy before towny? Ifso, is there a specific post that makes you feel that way?

Last game he was town and he was all over the place. Perhaps is the fact that RVS has ended earlier coupled with his birthday but he hasn't posted that much, so I feel he is acting different but he has reasons to do so. That's why he is still neutral to me.

 

How many do you think there are?
