Time for older harry to go back in time and provide the family and love he did not grew up with to his younger and/or alternate selves or Sirius (or any other character the might need it).

This line just makes me think that Harry was accused of being a bunch of furious goblins in a trenchcoat.

 

"Heir to house of Black" sounds suspiciously like a fic filled with titles, magical inheritance, blood adoptions, secret vaults and Dumbledore bashing, but I am to lazy to look it up. However, it brought to mind Delenda Est by Lord Silvere. It should be linked in the library and might be the only good dimensional/time traveling Harry fic that fits with my preconceptions about OPs tastes.
