I read this story a few years ago, about a really angry, dark-ish Harry who was forced to come back to Hogwarts. I don't remember much, but at the Welcome Feast, he was chained to the Gryffindor table or something because he was so out of control.

Personally I got bored after two or three chapters. I don't really remember.
I think it ended up getting really weird, so I just kinda clicked the x and called it a day.
