Are there anything in hp fandom reflecting on humanity and social conflicts or issues in magical world like serious literature work might with the real world?

I'm honestly not sure what you're asking.

Are you asking for fics that focus on societal issues?

If I recall, there was at least a couple that looked at slavery with an unseen class and how it can be normalized in a society to the point that it requires an outsider to address. Goblet of Fire comes to mind.

there were a few that looked to racial issues, specifically if people were created superior with different parents. This one is fairly widespread through the series.

Goblet of Fire and following addresses bias in reporting and how the news is able to drive the average citizen’s decision making. It takes even the most amiable and kind people and turns the way they look at people, even though Molly should have known better.

Prisoner of Azkaban touches on due process and the right to a trial, while also looking at the privilege granted to an upper class child. Looking at Malfoy Vs Buckbeak there.

I could go on- not sure about fanfics that address social issues, but the original series is filled with them, and the ways that it is applied allows for it to read into many situations, something that will last it well through the years.

I’ve also seen that fanfiction often either doesn’t handle the writhing well, and it comes off heavy handed, or it’s well done but incomplete. I’m struggling for examples again.

IIRC The Blind Sorcerer (or something like that) has some of what you're looking for.
