    Magic artifacts are stolen and Albus tries to stop them is basically it. Book 1 doesn't have a lot of plot points with the last 6 other than as setup for character dynamics and a look on what's been going on after Voldemort died and how life has changed, or stayed the same in some regards, after the war. The series has a real original flavor feel to it, reads like something JK would write.

    Also magic.
