SIGNATURES There are strict restrictions on anything besides words allowed in signatures. Any users violating this will have their pictures deleted from their signature and will receive a strike. See the Three Strikes Rule.

A limit of five lines of text total will be enforced. Keep your signatures reasonable. Interpretations of reasonable is at the Administrator's discretion.

A limit of two images, 120px height, 500px width total is allowed. Anyone breaking this rule will have their signature removed. IRC regulars have a small exception in that they are able to add a small banner with their assigned IRC nickname to their signature. No other exceptions will be made at this time.

AVATARS This is a small graphic image that displays below your name in posts.

* Image can be no larger than 150x150 pixels.
* File size can be no more than 50kb.
* Animations in avatars are allowed.




I've tried being nice with hints, flat out warnings, removals, etc.

If you've got a gigantic sig, that doesn't fit in those guidelines that wasn't preapproved, then you've got a week to get it fixed. Enough of folks posting multiple giant animated banners. We restrict it so the pages load faster for certain folks, and simply b/c there's not a point over a certain size.

Preapproval falls under staff, IRC folks that are allowed to add any IRC info/nicknames, and anything else that was decided on since. If you have to ask, you probably aint got anything to do with a larger sig.

 

Question: About the two images, is the limit 120 px by 500px for EACH image or is the limit including both pictures?

 

Just to clarify, if you need to ask what special extras are allowed, yours probably doesn't qualify.

Xfire micro tags like Spacks, irc nicknames, etc are allowed.

Probably. I just adblock the sigs I don't like. I am curious who that person is in Middy's sig, however.
