    I see that Dark Lord Fanfiction is a style option. If anyone on the forum decides to use that style of their own volition, they should just go ahead and kill themselves, because there is something deeply wrong with them.

    I think it's a relatively Safe Space so long as no one goes crazy politically correct; also that's just stupid. The trans people I know don't talk about 'cis attitudes corrupting fiction/choice of medium'; it's more of an invisibility thing. The only trannies the public really sees (unless one lives in the gay side of a metropolis) are the ones who do Drag or the caricatures in media.

    I assume he meant cis-gendered/sexual, as opposed to trans-gendered/sexual. Most people think of this as the "normal" sort of gender identity.

    Ehh... the cis/trans construct is a gender identity which is separate from the sexual orientation identity. So a cis-gendered person (male or female) can be gay, straight, poly, whatever-the-hell-they-want. What you described is cis-gendered, heterosexual.
