    90%...

I wasn't sure how long senators stayed (I swore it was eight, not six), and, even more sadly, I mixed up what they were saying with the 'president into office' thing and chose January.

95% here. Mis-clicked "We the People" and hit "To whom it may concern" instead.

I helped my wife prepare when she was naturalized several years ago and this test is comparable in difficulty to what she took. It's a little harder when you aren't doing a multiple choice test, though. (True story: in her test at one point she misunderstood the examiner, who had said "name five former presidents" hearing instead "name all of the former presidents." After she got going, he let her continue through all of them, more out of amusement than anything).

At the time, she found it a little offensive to have to parrot back pat answers about one's right to a fair and speedy trial while Wen Ho Lee was in the news....

How many of them do you need to get right to pass?
I know that our new test in Germany has multiple choice questions and you just have to get more than 50% right. (Still a lot of complaining that it's too hard.)

    100. You shouldn't be allowed to vote unless you know all of these though.

I would, however, argue that a couple of the questions are inaccurate if you know much about the US Constitution/how the US Government works. Like the one about "which of these is not a Federal power", for example. The answer "provide an education", is technically correct, but at the same time it is incorrect if you take into account all of the regulations and funding provided to school districts by the Federal Government.

So while technically education is not a Federal power, it is one in effect.

50%, but I am British. I only got this high because I watched National Treasure 2 recently, anyway.

95%. I forgot the year the Constitution was signed. I appear to be, of those who designated the questions they got wrong, who did this. Which is sort of disappointing in its own way, I guess.

I don't have much of a mind for history though, so I have my excuses.

90%. I said 7 justices instead of 9, and just mindlessly clicked the first 'John' I saw on current Chief Justice. I'd call it a 95% if I actually paid attention. Still not what it should be, to be honest... all American's 'should' get 100% easily.
