I seem to have survived the hurricane unscathed, so I have one simple question for you:

Are You a Werewolf?​

Yes, it's game time once again. A reminder: only active players can post in this thread.

The basic rules are as follows (some stolen blatantly from other games):

1. Days will last 72 hours. Nights a maximum of 24 hours. Nights may be shortened if all relevant Night Actions are locked in in time!

2. Everyone has a Quicktopic. Do not copy/paste anything into the thread directly from your Quicktopic. You may ask me questions in them! I may not be able to answer them, but you can certainly ask.

3. No editing your posts. If you made a mistake, make a double post and let it automerge.

4. Keep it clean. No insulting the other players.


There are three possible roles here:

Villager: The basic person. They have no special powers, and are armed with nothing but their wits and the vote.. They are aligned with the town.

The Seer: The Only Town Aligned Power Role. Once per night, the seer can choose to investigate one townsperson and discover if they are villager or werewolf.

The Werewolves: The villains of this game. Once per night, the werewolves pick one person. That person is killed.

To kill people during the day, you need to LYNCH. To Lynch, you must cast votes. To cast a vote, type:

Vote: Player

With your target's name instead of Player. And yes, it has to be yellow. It will make it so much harder for me to miss a vote.

You may retract your votes up until there is a majority. Once the last person votes to make it a majority, the vote is locked in, and no further votes may be cast.

Once someone is lynched, their role will be revealed to the public.

The game is now OPEN. People who may post in it are:

4. Kensington
5. LochNess
6. Doctor Whooves
7. Caesar
8. Schrodinger
9. Duke of Rothwood
10. Dovaekiin
11. fontisian
12. Sesc
13. Jon

Day One will last 72 hours (about) or until a lynch is reached.

13 players start, so 7 votes are required for the lynch.

On a more serious note, it's always good to have more discussion so, as an open question for everyone, who would scare you the most as a werewolf?

Thoroughly meta in every single way, but if I had to name them it would be Jon and/or Sesc. Jon because I remember the Demon Mayor and Sesc because he's pretty good at hiding his allegiance.

 

Ah Whooves. I assume this means you will serve as Dovaekiin's second.

For the more serious question: Generally, I'm more afraid of people I've never played with before because I have more trouble reading them. That would be Caesar, Schrodinger, Duke of Rothwood and Jon. Sesc and Dovaekiin tend to be strong players, so I'm a bit scared of them.

 

Who would I be most scared of? Well, I've heard bad things about Jon, so I'll be keeping an eye out, and Gambit is (from what I've seen) an incredibly annoying player, so I hope he hasn't got any night actions on top of that.

Fontisan; defend yourself! I want reasoning why we shouldn't string you up immediately.

 

Well, I thought we were going to use pistols. Much more fun and a bit better for killing werewolves.

Guys, there is one golden rule to playing werewolf.

Aekiel MUST die in the first round of werewolf. Otherwise horrible, horrible things happen. Ask any veteran of IRC werewolf.
