Rewatching the first season, and Felicity is remarkably grounded and realistic, while most of what would later be her screentime is thankfully still in the hands of the wonderful Diggle. First season's worth trying, Republic. Then you can see if you want to continue from there.

I'm like 99% sure it wasn't Roy. When we see Sara die you can hear a bowstring being drawn/released, which you wouldn't hear if Roy was literally throwing the arrows into her. Roy's arrows are also red, not black - where would he get the black arrows and why use them? The only suspicious part is Roy knowing what Sara's killer said, but that could easily be for the sake of the plot/drama.

Roy's definitely hallucinating this as a result of the mirakuru from last season or his guilty conscious over killing that cop, my money is still on Thea. On a related note, I really hate Thea right now. It's alright for her to accept Merlyn's blood money but she wouldn't even sign those papers last season because Oliver lied to her? Merlyn killing 500 innocent people is alright but people lying to her makes them terrible people?

Assuming no plot holes, he would have needed to be there in order to see her death, because besides seeing him do it. Everything else is exactly what happened. But, personally I think there will be plot holes.

On a side note, despite how much I hate Thea now, goddamn was she hot in that last outfit she wore.

Teaser for Guilty:Oliver receives visions about Moira Queen. Meanwhile a close ones true identity is revealed.

    As for the twist:

My guess is that they are facing a villain who can manipulate dreams/the mind. Also, remember the Roy did kill that police officer. Rather than him killing sarah, this could just be subliminal of that. Who knows though.

    Thea=Hottie

Yes she was. She definitely was. Damn.

I liked how they peppered Roy's problems in his scenes in the episode. Like at first I laughed when he looked all perplexed at having shot the Rocket launcher and he remained like that. Figured it was the actor been goofy because no one really pays attention to him.

Good to see I was wrong.

I think we should just wait and see where they're going with Thea. For now I'll just accept that she's a character who hates been lied too more than anything.

While I dont think Roy did it, Sara said what she did in the episode she died, so how would he know that?

    Thea is annoying.

Best part of the show yet, imo.

Any idea who the chick with the bow was? Canon or not?

    Essentially
She's a fucking whack job with slightly superhuman abilities notably strength who becomes head over heels obsessed with Ollie. During a patrol he saw what appeared to be a husband beating his wife mercilessly and he without thinking about it put him down. In reality the woman was Cupid and she was in the process of murdering her husband with poison when Olliver intervened and she became obsessed because of it. She then took to stalking and murdering his villains to try and make him like her but it didn't really work so well.

She also happens to be obsessed with Black Canary because of her infatuation with the Green Arrow. She's possibly the one who killed Sara. In canon she's ex-special ops but they might have be from the League of Shadows, since Sara recognized her killer. This is all of course conjecture based on whether she's actually the one who shot Sara.

Id say shed have to have some experience as you dont learn to shoot a bow without someone training you very quickly.

Diggle was very quick to jump on the "abandon Roy train" I felt.

And Oliver's morals in this episode were a bit dodgy. The boxer killed someone and he gets self righteous about it, but hes put people in the morgue, Roy killed the cop, and thats ok.

Or you know, human morals. Oliver has no idea what the other guy was thinking or feeling or the context of the situation.

What he does, know, however, is what happened the 5 years he was gone and the shit he experienced. What he does know is that his father died to save him and with his dying words, told him to save his city. Amanda Waller didn't exactly train him NOT to kill, it was the exact opposite. He got desensitized to it to the point of not really thinking about killing those he judged as bad or evil.

The first person we see him kill in cold blood in the pilot, one of the guys who abducted him at Moira's command, he killed him because he killed that man in the alley. He deserved to die in Oliver's eyes, so he killed him.

The rest of the people he killed were the rich guys fucking up the city. He gave them a chance to reform, they didn't, he killed them to "clean up" the city.

Paraphrasing that famous quote: you judge yourself based on your intentions, but judge others based on their actions.

I think that is applicable here.

I did not like the show last night. or, let me be more specific. I did not like the Cupid character. Don't get me wrong, I thought the actor did a pretty good job. It was the writing that threw me. Very little lead in. No depth to the character (they tried, but it just didn't come across), and a few of her lines were cringe-worthy. Again, it's nothing against the actress who did a good job. Speaking of which, anyone wanna tell me how she got so good with a bow and arrow in just six months? A few things I could believe because of her background in law enforcement, but . . .

Felicity. Meh, never understood the big lovefest with her. I get the character, and I think she's good in a small comic-relief/voice of emotional reason way (which she shares with Digs). But I just can't accept her as the major love interest for Oliver.

Enjoyed seeing Tatsu flashing a sword. Even if you don't know the comic books (and I don't), knowing who played the character definitely meant that something like that was going to come.

Think that trailer is hinting it was Thea.

They share about 20% DNA so it could be that, as it was inconclusive. He confronts Malcom and says to Thea he will always protect her, and he takes the blame for Sara's death.
