While technically I have no 'neighbours' (at least in the way townies think of it, the nearest house is about 3 km away), yes, most people around here are related. Not Utah kind of related, but most people have the same last names. It can be a problem, in calling out names (Kathryn, Murray, Elizabeth, Sarah, and Joseph Child are in group One).
