The fic I'm looking for is AU in both the muggle and wizarding worlds. A few of the AU points that I remember are:

1) Harry's paired with a muggle OC.
2) Voldemort is killed by James and Lily using a trap designed to incapacitate a large number of people.
3) Muggle Britain and Spain go to war with each other.
4) Harry is part of the British military and uses his magic to help in the war against Spain.
5) The wizarding world is eventually revealed to the muggle world leading to a war between the two.
6) Harry's magic is largely wandless.
7) The leadership of Great Britain is largely destroyed by the Death Eaters which allows Harry to step into a leadership role.
8) Harry wasn't raised within the wizarding world.

I'd appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
