Wow, 2 years since I posted this - didn’t realise it had been that long. For what it’s worth, I agree with a lot of the criticism the fic has gotten and I’d probably rate it closer to 2/5 at this point than the original 4/5 I gave it. I kind of cringe every time Xeon necros the post (doubly so because I linked another story of the authors in the OP and he seems to pick that up too, but I can’t edit it out).

There are definitely still aspects of the story I enjoyed, probably the middle section with Asgard being a highlight, but yeah the shortcomings outweigh that by a lot. If you’re bored and want to read a super hero story, it’s serviceable.

Raven showed up in one of the later chapters it felt like a big jumping the shark moment.

 

The moment when it started to bother me was when symbiotes were included in the Dark World's situation and it didn't really feel like there was a need for it.
