I'm not sure miner's approach is even wrong. Yes, asking questions without following up can be scummy, /if/ it's indicative of someone simply attempting to look busy. But, miner's questions are designed to help catch someone who plays like him and it can't possibly hurt.

Also, miner is town, of that wasn't obvious.

Yo, fonti, what would it take for you to lynch people other than me?

    ALL OF THEM.

And miner lacks guile, but he does not lack self consciousness.
    Like, at all.

Big ol thumbs down on that one.

Not that bit about me feeling bad afterwards. Jesus, man, have you ever said that as any alignment?

It's not wrong, it's just poorly executed.
But yes, viewing people through the lens of self is a very natural townie phenomenon.
    Blah blah

There's world 1 where you're scum. World 2 where you're scum with Q. World 3 where you're town and Q is scum. World 4 where the two of you are town.

World 1 is where we're at. World 2 is unlikely but makes for an easy game. World 3 is what town you would be making more of a push for. And world 4 is some kind of fonti/new/tom (?) Bastard mod setup.

I will mention my thoughts on the two current wagons right now though, since I may or may not be around for EOD.
Note: this all assumes we're in a game with 2 wolves.

If we wind up lynching Bill:

--> flips scum ---> Look at Quid. I'm still willing to bet that Q/Bill are aligned, especially as w/w. If Quid doesn't end the game I would consider Jarizok. If he doesn't end the game, I'd actually want to take a closer look at font.

---> flips town --> Look in cobalt/tom/von. Quid had a good point earlier about tom and the whole guiding the seer thing, since if I was the seer (hehe I'm totally NOT the seer) I'd probably check font now that he brought it up. If wolves aren't in Cobalt/tom/von then I'd look at Jarizok again.

His opening post didn't give me instant scum vibes like some other Bill Door scum games but it wasn't good. Some tone and wording stuff leading up to his read post. Read post was essentially snow's with the assumptions of Town!Bill and potential of a 3 person team. Cases have been made for Q but he's not really pushing them. Either he's waiting for an 11th hour rush or he's resigned to a lynch. I'm feeling good about the odds.

Also why not look at fonti if Schill flips town?
