Noooo! My scum win prediction was wrong, I'll blame just blame it on Tom.

Would certainly consider joining a game if one was starting sometime soon, was an enjoyable game to follow for the most part (Activity in the final day could certainly have been better but given the time of the year that's somewhat understandable). Was fairly impressed with Jazikori & Miners overall play.

I could host a TinyHunt now if people are itching to play immediately.

    Well done town!

    You Regfan, btw?

Any critiques for my play? Obviously going to the wire D1 as seer and then getting role hunted is hardly an endorsement, although I'm reassured that fonti in the QT points more to PoE than anything else.

Can we have a bit of a discussion about the authoritative statements of "X is playing as X, and you'd understand that if you knew them better"? I get that people read people differently, and certainly the value of experience with a player should not be undersold, but this is 100% a (small) part of why I bowed to consensus views on Cobalt, tom, fonti, and Bill Door. (Far larger are lack of time, realistic assessment of the gamestate, and being near the lynch.) I feel like they were used a tad dismissively over generally scummy points.

Quiddity no, he has an account here under that name (posted a few posts up). I wasn't in obs - wanted to just try solving the game with no pressure, since I'm pants at reading fontisian and tom, and to a lesser (but still frustrating to me) degree Newcomb.

I was right on all 3 counts here, which means I'll get absolutely rolled by whichever of them plays in Tinyhunt when it counts -_-.

This is something I've always wanted to do but never can: if I'm not in the game, then I just don't have the motivation to keep up.

Were you voting for me at any stage?

@Q - I thought your reads for the most part this game were very good - you had a rather solid case up on Cobalt. The only critisim I'd give you is that I think your case on Cobalt and push on him needed to happen earlier in the day, I think you left it late enough that it wasn't able to get the traction need and let the day play out (And let scum direct it) in a You v Bill situation. I understand that you had to vote him late in the day because him dying over you is optimal but I think the manner that it played out led to part of the reason the mafia PR read you.

As for the meta comments (X is playing like X), I've found that most people don't actually know how to correctly use meta to read players and rarely bank on someones meta read stated in a game given a) The person proposing the meta can be scum (I've used it to 'clear' partners in several games) and b) the person proposing the meta can just be plain wrong. I'd consider arguments for certain actions that I'm reading as scummy being nullified if it's something that's a noticeable meta trend of a player but think for the most part you should just be scumhunting as per usual.

I blame me for the scum loss here. If I had even tried towards EoD2 we might have pulled something out here. Personal stuff and all that. Promise I'll do better next time.
