Fuck that. There's no way that Adama can have confidence in the chain of command at this point, at which point the military paradigm for running things is pretty much not going to work.

And if I were Anders or Helo, there would be some unfortunate accidents on tap for the people who jacked me.

Well it did go right to the execution, it skipped alot of the in-between.
At the very least they would all be busted down to the lowest rank.

    What happened to Anders/Helo/Chief?

I think that the Pegasus crewman should get the airlock.

I don't think that revolutionaries will get scot-free, I guess there will be some kind of tribunal or something to judge them.

Gaeta freezed, I can't say I predicted it'd happen, but he was an idealist. He probably thought he would be able to carry revolution without harming "innocents" at all.

    Romo was pure win.

What? Anders got shot in the neck, but what did he remember?

That was a lot of backstory, but Ellen kicked ass.

Gogo 7th speculation. Also, new intro sequence w/brief glimpse of old-centurions is awesome.

7th is probably long dead, but I think Starbuck may be his daughter...

Not really basing that on anything, though, other than the fact that he was an artist too.

Wow. Ellen Frakkin' Tigh, and Kara frakkin' (Lots of Frakkin') Thrace actually made me feel sympathetic and moved by their problems.

Damn. And after they killed off two of my favorite characters in earlier episodes too.

I love the fact that Galactica was built by the lowest bidder, and how the Chief detected the cracks.

Props to Stockwell on his monologue. It would look silly coming from anyone else.

This ep was a bit of a disappointment. Definitely the weakest one of the newer batch so far. At least Baltar is back to being fucking epic again.

Deadlock was a mess of massive dissapointments. Ellen Tigh lost a lot of epicness No Exit gave her, and the storyline the episode had fell flat due to pacing and content.

Someone to Watch Over Me put us back on track with the rest of the awesomeness of Season Four. Boomer was just as screwed up as she's always been and her actions were completely in character for her. Screwing people over, manipulation, as well as bringing down Tyrol with her. They came exactly full circle. Any hope of Boomer finding redemption just got blown to shit since she's still Cavil's bitch.

This episode's pacing was excellent and was what Deadlock was missing. I know everyone pretty much called Slick being Starbuck's Head!dad, but the reveal was nice. She subconsciously knew it too I think, hence her spilling her secrets to him in the bar. The best moment came when she figured out Hera's drawing, and her childhood tune turned out to be the Final Four Theme. "All Along the Watchtower" exploded out in the sickest arrangment I've heard yet on the show. Roark and Katee were really playing the piano in that scene and it added realism, since it didn't do the cheesy cut away of the actors and then only a shot of hands playing.

The way they set this up I'm thinking is to get people to speculating that Daniel is Kara's dad. Which I'm completely on board with. Her ressurection, destiny, painting the Eye of Jupiter, all of it fits with her being his daughter. Her dad fits the little we know of Daniel, although it could truly go either way. At this point I'll be pissed if he's not her dad.

There's only 3 episodes left now, so I'm guessing the next one will reveal a ton of information and then the last 2 will be the finale. Somewhere along the way I hope the dying leader finally learns the truth of that freaking Opera House already.

Aye, that Song was bad ass.

I will go into a nerd rage if Daniel isn't her father. But everything fits from his sudden disappearance from her life to her knowing the song. But I still have to wonder; why is she the Harbinger of Death?

Anyone else think that the ending to the latest episode is really similar to manga/anime D Gray Man?
The main character learns that his adoptive father was a brother of a Noah clan member and had taught him a song on the piano that would activate Noah's Ark; which the main character was unaware of.

Did anyone else notice the title of the tape of Kara's dad? It was "Live at the Helice Opera House"

I noticed and gave myself a little pat on the back for picking that up. Maybe Daniel has something to do with the Opera House or whatever is manipulating everyone. He did teach Kara the song that I'm guessing he heard from Anders way back when he used to play it for the FF. And that song awakened the four in the fleet when they jumped in the nebula, and Starbuck mysteriously reappeared. Coincidence?

Most likely they'll just point all the fingers at Hera in the end. They always do. Since she's oh, so special. We get it, Ron Moore.

Didn't they say the last episode is going to be 2-3 hours? I swear I read that somewhere.

They might as well just change name of the show, they are going to destroy title battlestar.

It can last till the end of the show.
Might be why the show is ending.

Its actually good to see that the 50 year old battlestar that was ment to be deomissioned and took several nuke hits and falling through the sky was in need of repair.
They needed to do full repairs after every attack. They just put it of and did they small stuff first. The entire fleet should have been helping to fix the only means of defense.

Its also sad that the ship captains are already putting their names on things before the ship is dead.

Galactica's damage status came out of nowhere. There was no indication prior to S04E18 ("Islanded in a Stream of Stars") that it needed repairs, bar the ones after fights.

As for the newest episode, I think it was mediocre. I loved Baltar's line at the beginning, though. Still, next ep might be pretty epic.
