I don't have the complete version, and unless Bio plans to share if he has it, I don't see my self getting it... though it doesn't boad well based on what I read so far. With the epilogue... the only thing that is keeping me from believeing it's true is that bio, who first posted the pictures, claims it isn't so... and the fact that I don't have a copy to confirm with.

if you guy's want it... I'm willing to send it to one more person if there willing to send it to whoever wants it.

Otherwise bug kolskit, I sent him instructions moments earlier...

Edit: Okay, I have passed a copy of the instructions on to CGB, Kolskit, and Verse of darkness... they are the ones that are going to be responsible for distributing it to whoever requests it.... Pm them as I doubt Bio would want the thread filled with requests for a copy from every person that wants it.

CGB and verse of darkness have agread to distribute it, but don't be an ass and pester them constantly... give them some time to do it.

Also to appease the legal side of things... could all be hoax and were all just passing around a well written piece of fanfiction. Which is the purpose of this site...

Well I've been reading the version that's been floating around and I have to say that if it's fanfiction and not the real DH, it's a pretty good one.

I have one major problem with the story and that is the Fidelius as it's described in the book is unlike how JKR explained it on her site. Either this is a massive plothole for her or this isn't the real DH, but besides that the story looks quite legit.

I am having trouble believing any of this is legit. I haven't seen any news reports of big leaks by AOL or any other news provider. The only thing I have heard is that someone stole a copy and tried to retype everything so he could post it as fanfiction, but he got caught. Hell, not even Wikipedia has mentioned anything about this supposed leak.

 

I find it funny that most of the Evil, Manipulative Dumbledore fanfictions were portrayed as a Rita Skeeter novel.

Just thought that you would like to know that Bloomsbury (the British publishing company) and Raincoast (Canadian one) have been printing the books on 100% recycled paper since The Order of the Phoenix. If you really want I can type out the intro that JKR put at the start of OOTP when they initially started using recycled paper. I can't remember it exactly but basically respecting trees and those they give habbitats to and then listed Centaurs and such...

So it looks and sounds to me as though those scans are legit. Either that or someone put way too much effort into a prank.

 

I just got a PM from one of the people I forwarded the links and password to and it seems that the site's taken it off or it's not working. I tried it myself just a moment ago and it won't let me access.

 

Megaupload has taken them all off, I think.

 

What a downer. I was about to start reading them, too. Ah, well, guess I'll have to wait a few days.
