If you want a rather unique crossover Mass Effect fic, there's always Glorious Shotgun Princess a Mass Effect/Exalted Crossover.

Very much more of a story to read if you want to read fem!Shepard getting into funny/embarrassing situations, with cool fight scenes tossed in. It has a TVTropes page which is hilariously long.

 

I'd like to re-highlight this fic here. From its summary, it never had much impact here, but it's fantastic. It's a drabblefic. It's not an epic. It's a character driven piece, and if you're hesitant on the summary of a supremely sheltered, young, dalish mage, you're not alone. But give it a shot. It's some good shit.

It's a non-linear character piece, and it's awesome. YMMV here if you're not interested in childish protagonists. Lavellan here very much is so, because she is. It's a mid-teenaged elf with the responsibility of gods thrust upon her
