Standard 'Harry is adopted by Snape' story.

Upside of this story is that Harry is only 9 years old, which makes the whole adoption thing much more logical than in other similar stories, where he is 17 year old pussy. Harry's character is great too, reminds me a little of Denis the pest. Another thing that seperates this story is that there's practically no angsty / mushy / crybaby crap, which is a given in all the other stories in this genre.

Downside is that Harry acts younger than he is (more immature than in canon book 1). Also, there's practically no mentions of magic at all, which is kinda stupid since Harry's living at Hogwarts. One would think he would try and pick up a few spells before school starts. And finally, she got rid of Sirius & Remus in a very stupid way - I don't beleive Snape would step up and adopt Harry, as long as one of them is around.

To conclude, this story isn't anything special in any way, but I find it very relaxing to read, especially since it's updated daily.

i actually liked it somewhat. harry isnt even 11 yet so of course he doesnt act as mature as in canon book 1. he raised himself basicly so ya he is going to act alot younger then he should. the reason i think that harry didnt try to pick up any real magic spells is because atm he is tryign to have a normal life with his new adpted father. magic wouldnt be as importent to him as a father. its kinda touching. the big part that irritates me is that damn woman that keeps somehow kidnapping harry when severus and albus are around i mean hell one was an inner circle member of the DE and the other is the supposed greatist wizard alive and they cant seem to keep an eye out on little harry? severus was also wayyyyyy to OC in this. i like it better when snape is stilla greasy bastard and harry becoems almost like a mini version of him it makes for a better harry in the end

Nah, this had some potential to begin with, but it moved in direction opposite to what I expected (that is, to Snape-fan-ness). I stopped reading this ages ago.

I read the first 8 chapters of this (there are 58, I think), and I couldn't go any further. It's not terrible, but I don't see it getting a warm reception here.

It's textbook 'Snape-adopts-Harry.' If the author is to be believed, she was 12 when she wrote this. The writing style is crisp and clean, but some of the dialogue is definitely juvenile and cutesy. Harry has a snake who watches television and calls himself 'William Snakespeare.'

And there wasn't a single instance of magic in the first 8 chapters. No one explains magic to Harry, and he isn't even curious how Snape got him from Privet Dr. to Hogwarts.

    2/5 for being complete.

AHAHAHA, Harry names his pet snake 'Slyther'.

The story consists of nothing but juvenile dialogue. Not an ounce of description in there.

    1/5. Fucking piece of shit.
