I'm not sure how I feel about... both these games running at the same time.

I mean, if we have enough people for both I have no objection, as long as content and quality don't dip.

during one persons day phase is another persons night phase.

but thats only if you wanted to run side by side, either way you do it is fine.

 

Days are almost always gonna be longer than nights. The two games would still be overlapping most of the time, and it's not like the night phase isn't important too. I'd be fine with playing both games simultaneously but I realize most people don't have enough free time for that.

 

that's ironic, because I signed up for this one instead of Zeit's because I expected it to be the earlier of the two.

I know for certain that I'm running a 16-man game of some sort. I'm currently putting Urban Mafia through the review process right now.

If it takes too long to review I'll run the 16 player "Normal" instead, that is basically a slightly larger, slightly more complex Mini Mafia.
