Too bad Victor had to die. Imagine the damage that Michael and Victor could have done if they had worked together longer.

I'd be willing to beta for you Krogan, PM me if you need an email address or whatever.

As for the show, awesome. I loved the ending, and I agree with Ragon. Imagine the lulz that would have been had.

Great interaction when it comes to Michael/Fiona/Sam never stale or boring.
Gadgets are realistic-ish rather than the over the top high tech gadgets of the pre Daniel Craig Bond films.
Combine that with the spy wisdom voice overs and the many different personas that Michael takes on in different episode makes this a great show. Looking forward to the 3rd season.

I had never seen this show before but I'd heard some things from friends that were positive. I decided to download it Sunday night 'cause I have the whole week off and thought it would be a nice way to burn some time.. Pulled an all-nighter and watched both seasons in 2 days; I got hooked really fast.

Luckily for me I won't have to wait longer than tonight for new episodes woowoo.

Yah! Season Premiere is tonight. It's now on at 9PM instead of 10PM. New USA show called "Royal Pains" is also premiering tonight after it. Not sure if it'll be any good but it's starring Cliff Calley from the West Wing and the smart kid from the movie Road Trip.

Well even if Royal Pains sucks, I'm sure Burn Notice will make me happy.

It wasn't half-bad; haven't watched a full episode for a while, but it was still enjoyable. It really is one of the most realistic spy stories out there, more than Bourne was IMO.

This new show (Royal Pains) isn't half bad either. The Indian chick, aside from being hot, has the exact same cadence as Elizabeth Hurley. Still, it's a doctor show, which I'll probably tire of soon.

Only recently started watching it. Very well acted show, with perfect pacing and tone, even if it is a little formulaic. I'm surprised that so many people on this thread don't like Gabrielle Anwar. Her protruding nipples need their own title credit, and the character wouldn't be half as believable if it were being played by a 23 year old with puppy fat on her arms.

EDIT: He didn't show up in the season premiere, but casting John Mahoney as "Management" was brilliant. Hopefully he shows up semi-regularly.

Anybody know who Michale's new boss is? He appeared in an episode sometime earlier in the series.

Erm... not sure you're up to date on the two episodes we've seen this season. He has no boss. He's not working with the Management from last season's finale. But it's played by John Mahoney like Big D said.

Anybody else get the vibe that someone tapped the producers of the show on the shoulder and said "Hey, Miami seems to have more explosions and gunfights than a busy day in Baghdad. Maybe you should sprinkle in a few cops?"

That being said, I'd give decent odds on the hawt chick cop being a plant by Management.

The preview for this Thursday's episode has him getting a new boss.

Haven't seen it, but the last ep ended with him saying that he was planning to find a new agency to work for. Deasn't mean that Management is going to give up on him.

Yeah, management is going to screw with him till he comes back like a good little spy. I'm basing this off the note they left him.

Watched the whole first scene today, pretty badass with him blowing the guy's leg to shreds through the door, then busting in the back. I like Fiona, I thought she was a a it too old for the role at first, but she grew on me.

Sam's the shit, and Lucy Lawless looked bangable as the assassin as well.

I've noticed how USA is ALL about McGuyver. Look at Burn Notice and Royal Pains, the jury rigging shit they both do to get stuff done. we need a McGuyver reboot NOW.
