The people at Warner Bros. had to recast the role of Bellatrix Lestrange when Helen McCrory became pregnant. The role has now gone to Helena Bonham Carter who, in my opinion, looks very similar to how I pictured the psychotic Death Eater. We can only hope that they don't screw it up too badly when it comes to filming.

 

Getting yourself knocked-up on the eve of the biggest role of your career is a tad unprofessional. They should have offered the role to Liz Hurley. She has to be the ideal Bella, minus saggy Askaban tits.

Helena Bonham Carter looks very similar to how I picture a talking ape to look.

 

Yeah I'd say she'd work a bit better, never seen her in such a crazy role thought, but then again I've only seen her in Merlin.

Liz Hurley still would of made the best.

Err... I didn't think Hurley was ever honestly considered was she? Helena Bonham Carter I think is an improvement over Helen McCrory, but it's still a completely fanon idea that Bella is even remotely attractive. The movies certainly made Sirius scraggly enough post-Azkaban. Can't imagine they'd make a crazy evil bish into some tight catsuit wearing teen-dream fueling hottie.

Yeah Hurley may look good but she can't even act dead.
I think it's just as important to have decent actors, which makes me wonder.

I like the woman who's gonna be Bella, she looks dark enough. That pic wasn't one of her best.
Also you got to take into account that she has resemble Sirius to some extent, and there is only so much you can do with mutton.

I'm more hoping for a decent duel between Voldemort and Dumbledore, I hope they do better than the graveyard duel.

Fuck this...i woulda preferred Hurley too. She's a hawttie. Bonham-Carter is okay, but yes, she has the creepiness vibe down. I think of Bella with more meat on her though...with the same sort of body that Hurley has
