does anyone know what happens to my purchased games and wallet balance if i change my location?
I moved to europe, and i would hate lo lose my wallet and already purchased games.

Nothing happens to the stuff you already have. However, you may find buying new stuff off the Steam Store difficult. Steam doesn't like it if your payment method billing address is not the same as the country you are in. When I was living in Chile I had to email them to get the restriction removed.
