Charles called him that in the previous episode...

@Mindless: From the looks of things, Lelouch reaffirmed his determination in this episode, so something tells me next episode, we'll be back into the full swing of things.

    This is why children should not eat sugar -_-;

One of the best part of this episode is that Lelouch finally realised that the rebellion wasn't just for Nunnally. That is a huge step for him. Hopes that he will keep up with that.

Rolo seems to have follow his own agenda. He tried to convince LL to abandon the rebellion and he almost succeeded. It would be epic if Nunnally died, preferably in the hands of Rolo.

Edit: For Lulu X Kallen shippers

Thank you BC that made my day (well at least until the Bones season finale...). And as BC has said Lelouch is shedding the 'mask' of Zero and becoming Zero. If this had happened last season Lelouch would have won... but that's milking the cow for you.

Easy, he dies while killing his father. Suzaku lives and goes on to become Emperor and brings about 1000 years of peace. Oh, and Suzaku takes Nunally as his Queen. <--I was trying to think of the worst possible ending.

It's obvious Zero has some kind of plan. There is no way the rest of the season is going to be him working side by side peacefully with Suzaku and Nunally. I get the feeling that Nunally's grand plan will fail. No elevens will show up because of what happened last time. If they do show up something will happen.

    from random curiosity:

In CODE GEASS news, episode nine has reportedly been delayed a week. Episode eight will still air this weekend, but episode nine will NOT be airing on June 1st as it had originally been scheduled. Instead there will be some sort of emergency filler show. I haven’t found an official reason, but others have speculated that it’s because of the Chinese earthquake tragedy, and that’d make sense since episode nine involves the Chinese Federation.

Fuck the tragedy, delaying my Code Geass won't bring lives back.

I demand my weekly fix of CG!

It probably had something that could be deemed offensive. The Chinese are picky about that sort of thing.

    That story is brilliant!

I just read it. Amazing. A very serious take on an AU of the Code Geass universe.

The basic premise is: "What if Lelouch managed to keep himself from being banished and thus begins his plans to takeover the empire from under his father's watchful eye..."

Very realistically done. I'm glad you linked it.

I am speechless. I can honestly say I never once thought of this as a possibility.

EDIT: Fuck those castrated monkeys that eliminated my next sunday code geass fix. Judging by the fact that they cut out the preview of the next episode from this release, it looks like we really won't be getting it on time.

    I laughed. Great ending.

Every time Asia has a quake, Japan and anime studios collectively freak out and don't publish anything that might in some way be considered offensive to the victims.

It's standard procedure at this point. They've pulled at least 4 pokemon episodes dealing with quakes for this reason. (Back in the day, when I was 8, making that clear)

    It's called showing respect.

And it has nothing to do with the Chinese being especially touchy. It'd extremely bad taste to show something related to a major tragedy with a death toll of 60 thousand that happened barely two weeks ago no matter what culture or nationality.

I suppose I'm acting touchy. Anyhow, ep 8 was awesome (brilliant plan by Lelouch again, to be expected) and I suppose it's a little irritating to wait two weeks for the next episode, but it won't affect anything in the long run anyhow.

The death toll was 80k. What the fuck were you smoking to come up with 75 times that.
