I'n not actually looking for a crossover with Mass Effect or any other universe. I am actually looking for fics with Harry in a role of leadership, be it of a big group or a small squad, kind of like Commander Shepard or The Inquisitor in Dragon Age. Two examples of a Harry like his comming to mind are found in both of Kwan Li's "The Other Boy Who Lived" and "Hogwarts Battle School", the later at least up until I remember.

The stories could involve Harry and his team going on different missions or simply have Harry and his party in the middle of a bigger plot.

Marquis Black has a whole serie about Harry being an officer in the Britisj Army and slowly becoming the ruler of the world. Wait, she has two series devoted to that. If you can stomach the whole muggle vs. Wizard and the technomage aspect you should be fine. Otherwise I've got nothing that comes to mind.

 

You might like Harry Potter and the Inquisition. Harry commands a three man team and the fic itself is pretty good by ffnet standards.
