    Ah couples, such an interesting topic. Thus for your later perusal I have posted a listing of common "short" ships which do not write out their entire names.

    Common
    H/Hr - Harry/Hermione
    R/Hr - Ron/Hermione
    H/G or HG - Harry/Ginny
    H/D, HD, HPDM - Harry/Draco (burn in hell)
    D/G or DG - Draco/Ginny
    H/B or HB - Harry/Blaise or Harry/Bellatrix
    HP/BZ - Harry Potter/Blaise Zabini
    HP/BL (BB) - Harry Potter/Bellatrix Lestrange (Bellatrix Black)

    So a bit back I was surfing through random fics looking for something new to read i came across as story that had defined itself as R/H. Now when I read this for some reason in my twisted little head I thought it ment Ron and Harry, turned out to Ron and Hermoine. Now I call that false advertising I thought it would be some Ron and Harry action instead I got something else. Hermoine should always be put forth as Hr or HG I don't care if people might thing it means Harry/Ginny ship then made the / key for a reason no need to be lazy.

    This seemed like a good place to put this minor rant so here it will be placed.

    I agree. I also saw one that said H/R and it turned out to be a Ron/Hermione.

    Hmm, most stories tell you in the summary that the story is slash, but some don't. If it doesn't, I just automatically assume it's not.

    You know just once i want to see a story thats summary ends in R/R but instead of meaning read and review it's Remus/Ron. I'm sure its out there i just found that as funny and thought i would share.

    I can't stand to read Fleur fics.. the authors ALWAYS way over do the accent.

    I understand it's who she is, but reading a whole story of, "But HArree mon amie I luv joo" type text makes my head hurt, lol.

    It is a good pairing when the authors works in that she's been working on her english.

    I don't mind the accent as long as its not overdone...and while on that topic I found an interesting fanart of Fleur which I think is rather well done, and captures the essence of the character exceptionally.
