I'm not sure how I feel about this fic. It's hilarious but at the same time a bit retarded which is why I marked it as crack despite the Author not doing so. Maybe I just like reading a sharped tongued and unabashed individual mouthing off at the Jedi Council.

3.5/5 maybe? I really have no clue.

 

No one? Really? Comeon people. I know of several folks here fapping to really into everything Buffy. And it's Star Wars.

Eh. I read the first four chapters, and there's not much to it beyond Cordelia being 'funny', and the humour just didn't work for me at all.

I agree. Also it seems to me like the author portrayed Cordelia as she was in BtVS without considering the suffering and personal growth she achieved throughout Angel, which is the point in the timeline she would have been in after Jasmine possessed her. Not to mention the various relationships that shaped her personality before and after her possession.

It was a bit too gratuitous for me, 2/5. Read as crack: 3/5.

 

Cordelia isn't exactly true to cannon, but recognizable enough for me to enjoy this fic. Especially like the way her interaction with Palpatine is handled. I was afraid this would follow the cliche of other crossovers, where the main character immediately understands that 'something is wrong' with Palpatine. Cordelia's reaction is believable, if a bit silly.
I don't really understand the point of the OC love interest. You could replace her with an of the numerous side characters that exist and I wouldn't notice a difference.
It's a light hearted and fun read, as long as you're not looking for something profound. 3/5

 

The author, being an egotistical, utter douche bag, kind of spoils anything he writes these days. For me anyway.

That said, this story hasn't aged well. It's typical Joehundreaire fair that was popular a decade ago, but has grown stale: lazy cliches, lesbians, japanese wank, mouthy padawans outsmarting the Jedi Council, OOC Council, etc. That's just in the first chapter.

Back then on TTH I would have rated it a 3/5, something to waste my time on with nothing else to read. These days, 2/5, and that's mainly because it's technically sound.
