I have heard of this girl. I want to know everything that I can about her. Age, hair color, eye color, physical features, and any other information that can be found about her. Are there any sites that I can go to where I wont need a stiff drink to get the twich above my eye under control? Is there a resident expert on her on darklordpotter.net?

Canon wise, she's only mentioned during the chapter in OotP about the OWLs when Hermione mentions that she had to wait to take her practical because Greengrass was going for extra credit. Ergo we can assume she's a reasonably good student, and that her cunning and ambition overshadow this enough to place her in Slytherin over Raveclaw. She's mentioned as being one of Pansy's gang of Slytherin Girls as well IIRC.

If we assume a Hogwarts class year includes a representative sampling of wizarding UK and that wizards and muggles share certain regional quirks, Daphne is most likely from East Anglia. We can infer this from the naming traditions of the muggle world. The family name Greengrass is only common in East Anglia, part of Suffolk where there is a lot of wheat growing flatland. Since we know her to be Pureblood (thanks JKR's classlist) we know she's of Anglo-Saxon descent, tall with blonde hair and vlue eyes is not an unreasonable assumption.

No, I'm not some supergenius I've just got a pretty good essay from the Lexicon bookmarked for whenever I need some background on a character with next to no canon support. It's pretty well thought out and when it makes assumptions it tells you flat out that it's an assumption (they always have some sort of real world support to back up too).
