Nice chapter! I was tryin to make it sound like it was post HBP with Dumbles death but it's sweet to keep the idea of Horcrux w/o Snape's back stabbing, opens up more possibilities.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Like Harry starts to slowly lose his mind. I was thinking that what if after OOTP VOldemort started to REALLY fuck with Harry. And not just send him nightmares (the dude possessed Harry a few times OOTP INSIDE HOGWARTS! (then he did it all out in the DoM))

 

Me too, I like the idea of a semi-sane Harry where he IS capable of rational thought and the like but still goes wicked ass crazy on the battle field. Two more to go and the second chapter can be posted!

 

That would be sweet. It would be cool if the sane part of Harry tried to fight it , so we get a Harry who at times is a crazy-ass torturer and at times powerfull wizard trying to find out what's making him go crazy.

 

I was thinking he'd also get paranoid and shit. Eventually he learns OCclumency, but he's become so used to that way of thinking that it becomes INGRAINED into his thought pattern.

 

Thats so fucking badass. I love you guys. That sane vs. crazy is a good idea, let's remember that if one of us enforces it, none of us do anything that would contradict it.

Just to clarify one thing, Voldemort is already defeated right? That seems to be implied implicitly. The first chapter looked pretty good, can't wait to see the next.
