My post in the Plot Bunny thread got me thinking about -and wanting to read- a story where a secondary character (such as Tonks, Luna or Fleur) either is or becomes a Dark Wizard/Witch.

Could someone please recommend a fic' like this?

Clarification Edit: I was pulled away before I could finish/edit this post, which was most annoying! By 'Dark Wizard/Witch', I meant it as in they (the character in question) develops into a true antagonist, on the sort of level that Voldemort and Grindelwald were on, not the sort of 'just turning Dark' element seen in most works.

 

The only story I can really think of is a story where Hermione becomes a Dark Lady after her and Ron get into a duel on the stage, and uses some weird curse where she elongated his prick, wrapped it around him tons of times, and stuck it in his mouth. Harry sides with Ron, and Hermione slaps Harry in the face for it. I also think Lavender had started calling him "moRon" and Hermione started doing it too, but I could be wrong and that last part's a different story. Anyway, after Hermione becomes a Dark Lady, she pretty much bands all the Muggleborns together and Harry AK's her in the back near the end of the story. It was an interesting read, but I don't remember what story that was, I wish I knew.

She seems quite mad (I assume she's a girl).

 

Burning Erised had a decent fic that featured Hermione as a Dark Lady.

 

I'm not sure if it was a specific incident, or if it was just long term attrition from all the well-deserved bashing most of her fics received here.

Thanks for the suggestions on 'A Very Alternate Yule-Ball', but I'll think I'll pass on that one due to both the apparent slash and the crit' it has been given.
