The story is not too good, but despite that, it's too early to rate, which means it's too early to post it (<- hint). Still, what I already didn't like: crap walls of text are crap. You do a new paragraph, each time someone new starts speaking. Seriously, it's not that hard.

Also, wtf is it with evil orphanages? I was once in one, because friends of my parents were adopting kids. The people there knew that the kids were in a shitty position already, so they did their very best to give them as much care and happiness as they could.

Other than that, the author was being lazy and made the woman at the desk a carbon-copy of Petunia. Why do the orphanage-thing at all, if Harry's life there is essentially the same as at the Dursleys? I rather hope that Harry being at an orphanage is needed for the plot later on, otherwise it's just stupid.

Oh, and no comment on that one.
