Watched this documentary today and it absolutely DESTROYED me. It had me crying and I NEVER cry cry. I'm not saying that to sound macho it is just the truth; I never cry.

Basically it's a about a man who is murdered by his pregnant ex-girlfriend. Said girlfriend flees justice to Canada and fights extradition while at the same time fighting the babies grandparents for custody of the child.

The movie was filmed by the best friend of the murdered man as a tribute to him and as a way for the baby to someday learn about his father's life.

Most heart wrenching movie I've ever seen it absolutely destroyed me man.

Yikes, you're right about this one being a tear-jerker, boofers. I was speechless and depressed after I saw it.

Fair warning to those who might be interested in watching it: this is no mere documentary. Completely unpredictable events unfolded as they were shooting the film, and the ending has a twist that will absolutely fuck your shit up.

It is devastating, and shouldn't be watched by those who are easily-traumatized by RL tragedy.

    Awesome imagery there.

    *Steals it for stories*

On topic~ If I wanted to be depressed I'd see this. Sounds like a pretty fucked up situation though.

I watched it because of this, and fuck/thank you.
I kinda expected the ending more and more as it went on, but it still messed me up pretty badly. Didn't cry, but had to strain myself for it. Everyone should watch this movie, it's about a pretty awesome guy. They didn't try and sugarcoat him into some perfect superman, they acknowledged his faults, but the picture they painted was pretty in-depth and one of a great guy.

I feel like a wannabe-deep faggot for saying all that, but anyone who watches the movie will agree with me.

    Me too.

It'd be sort of comedic-tragic if the boy grew up completely uninterested in his father.
