    I hate people who watch the movies instead of reading the books.

    The videogames are more directly based on the films though, not the books. It's not unreasonable for them to cater more to the film audience than the books, however much overlap there is.

    Seems I'm late to the game here, but played it it. In two words, it sucks. In more words, it's a poorly optimized piece of shit, with a terrible cover mechanic and an aim assist that makes me rage.

    Seriously, mouse1 to shoot, mouse2 to immediately aimbot-lock onto enemies. This is the most obvious direct port to PC I've ever seen, and that's counting Modern Warfare 2.

    Beyond that, the voice acting sucks and the graphics look like they should be on the Wii. In short, it's everything you expect out of a movie license game.
