I have some IK gloves for sale, decent DPS rolls, 79 str and 31% crit damage on them.
I'm asking 500k but if any barbs on DLP want em I can do 250k.

Between Battle.net's login server throwing around Error 37 and Error 73 messages like confetti and the servers going down entirely for patching, I haven't been able to play for three or four days. No, wait, I did log in briefly this afternoon but couldn't play thanks to lag.

If I paid for Diablo III then I'd be fucking pissed. Thankfully I didn't, so I'm just kinda... bemused.

I can't find any enjoyment in playing Inferno at all.

I can glitch it for you, though I highly doubt the mobs get one-shot by meteors any more.

Does anyone here have Blacksmith Plans? I would buy them instantly, especially the Weapon ones.

Just reached Act 2 Inferno with my Wizard.
    Positive: I don't get one-shot.
Negative: Two hits of anything and I'm dead.

Just got to inferno act 2 this morning. I was able to kill champion mobs with no real problems, but damn, it was taking a long time. I'm just going to farm act 1 until i get enough money to upgrade my weapon before I move on.

Got through the bowels of act 3 and into the fields, which are supposedly much easier to manage (I'll take plaguehanded-bastards over tongue-lashers and quill-fiends any day).
@Awesome Sauce, I have 4 property shoulders/bow and one other, would gladly trade them to you cheap. Do you happen to have the 6 property bow/xbow/1hxbow plans?

Yea I will take the shoulders, but I dont have any 6 prop recipe. I will pay you in gold. Also, I have a level 14 DH, and if anyone could power level me to something like 40-50 I'd pay 500k gold.

I'm a 50 DH and I can't solo Diablo in NM atm. Not sure if that's normal or not, considering how easy he was for me on normal. Mainly, I die to my shadow in the world of terror, or whatever it is called, but sometimes I die because I tumble and the little fireball turned AoE gets teleported to wherever I land, killing me pretty much instantly, which sucks because that's 3/4 my deaths. The other fourth are me being stupid, if trying dumb things/builds. I tried using turret, which is actually kind of successful if you restrain yourself to outing around it.

Anyway, I wanted to ask something for the DH out there. Hungering Arrow has a 35% chance to penetrate, and the various runes affect what happens when you penetrate. One of them makes the next penetration do more damage (im using now) and another makes it split into 3. I'm think of trying split arrow for my solo clear of NM Diablo, because it gives 3x the chance of having the arrow come back to hit big D for a second time. Do you think it'll work at all, or am I just going to be wasting my time?

I'm still trying to finalize a skill build for hell/inferno. I just got my achievement for 500k gold, so I'm pretty poor compared to other people. In NM,where is the best quest to farm gold? i was thinking act 3 when you have to clear the tunnels under the keep, because not only is it fun but the mobs are very closely packed.

Diablo on NM is mostly just making sure you don't screw up & ensuring you can kill your clones before they kill you.

    From memory, I killed him using;

LMB - Bola Shot (Stun Rune)
RMB - Elemental Arrow (Frost Rune)
    1 - Impale (Stun Rune)
    2 - Caltrops (80% Slow Rune)
    3 - Vault (Half-Cost Rune)
4 - Preperation (CD chance RUne)

... I think, I can't remember my 4 exactly, doesn't sound right with Prep, hey, but that should keep you alive / deal enough damage provided you don't walk into fireballs etc, preperation's always handy for those "Holy shit" moments. That or you could use it in tandom with SS in-case you're truly fucked to get away un-hurt & then restore Discipline if you need it.

Impale isn't worth it unless you are really needing to run and gun and don't want to waste hatred generation. It can dump a hatred pool very fast. I use it with grievous wounds, but that's because I have 200%+ crit damage bonus (without a socket or a weapon modifier) and 18.5% base crit. Mostly though, it's because it's so useful in Inferno for killing otherwise unkillable packs. You can pull them to a zone entrance of any kind, leave, then zone in with SS-->2ximpale-->zoneout. If you're sure to do it every 10 seconds, they don't reset health and you slowly wear them down taking advantage of sharpshooter stacking.

With grievous wounds and my crit damage, my impales hit for about 250k and one shot most of the small mobs in act 3 inferno.

For a boss though? Meh. I think your best bet for killing Diablo would be heavily damage oriented. I suggest you try this:

    SS-lingering fog
Preparation-Invigoration (65% heal one might be fine in nightmare too)
Mark of Death- The 3 hatred per hit if you have it, but if not make your best pick
    Summon Bat pet
    Hungering Arrow-Devouring Arrow
Rapid Fire-Fire support (the rocket one)

Just throw up the mark and rapid fire him to death, using SS whenever he swings. There is only .5 second delay between your SS duration and CD, so you should be fine to avoid most of his damage if you are dealing enough with rapid fire+mark of death.
With that set up you should be able to rapid fire more or less indefinitely, so you -should- only need to move when he is casting his cages, for which you just keep moving. If he throws the fire on top of you, SS is plenty long enough to move out of it.
I recommend you use a chestpiece/quiver and if possible a weapon with +max disc on them.

If you don't have your heart set on soloing it, I can always help you out.

And yea, devouring arrow is the best hungering arrow rune to use, because 9% of the time, you are dealing 800% weapon damage in a single shot. I don't know the math exactly, but I'm pretty sure it's the best hungering arrow rune.

For Diablo Smoke Screen is an absolute must. I generally hit it any time he gets within melee range of me, and sometimes when he uses a ranged ability. I really abuse the fuck out of it.

Shadow DH is probably the single highest dps of the five. I just chain SS until it's dead.

I find that caltrops are very ineffective against Diablo. Vault is great, but be careful you don't over-use it so that you have discipline left for your SS spam.

Rapid Fire. Hungering Arrow. That's about it.

As a DH: kite Diablo off-screen. He won't teleport to you. If he does show up on your screen at all, though, expect a teleport. In the shadow realm, pop ss and nuke the clone asap. If you keep stutter step shooting at him, dodging the fireballs is pretty easy. Vault is indeed unreliable for this fight.

Don't care what you're doing, if you're running inferno you better have ss + prep.

I don't understand all the DHs out there not currently abusing SS + Prep. It's the ultimate defense and offense and practically mandatory in Hell+.

3-Split Hungering is bad. Only 1 arrow will ever travel back to the original target, unless they're massive like Azmodan size.

Devouring multiplies the entire damage by 70%, not just adds. If it pierces just once, you've basically doubled your damage on next shot. That and the 50% Pierce runes are your best 1v1 skills. You shouldn't be runing Hungering for AOE or mobbing since it can't mob at all. That's the entire point of Elemental Arrow.

This is a good list for picking out skills for DH in Hell and Inferno:

    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5151721981

The reason most skills are in what tier is pretty self-explanatory.

It's actually expected that you die to Diablo in NM+ if you aren't using SS.

IMO, your best sources of damage are Elemental Arrow Ball Lightning and Piercing Hungering Arrow. Use Ball Lightning to locate him off screen based on electric shocks and then fire off Hungering arrows.

Some Vit, lots of Dex, and gear that has +all resist and +resist to a certain type. Any type is viable, but you pick one and try to get as much of it as you can on your gear because monks have a passive that makes their highest resist the stat used for all their resists. You go for all resist gear because you can get an all resist roll of +50 and then a cold resist roll of +50, for a total of 100 resist to all elements on one piece of gear.

Then you get socketed high dps weapons with +life on hit, and try to get life on hit on as many pieces as possible, along with attackspeed. You put life on hit into your socketed weapons, and then heal for 3k a pop.
