Okay, so today I was checking out the Google blog and found a link to Google's hosted services. I opened up an account for DLP and checked it out and thought about giving out accounts, but I only have 250 of them (at a 2gb quota each)

So my question is, if I did, would you be willing to donate a bit for it as an incentive? Perhaps a low (very low) monthly fee or yearly fee? If so, what do you think would be fair? It's my hope that this would offset the cost of DLP since this new advertising service doesn't do much for us.

The addresses would be in the format of yourname@darklordpotter.net, such as lordravenclaw@darklordpotter.net.

Well with Gmail and hotmail offering free e-mail I doubt people would be willing to pay much. On the plus side it would be good keeping all the DLP related email's people get to a different Email adress and keep their usual for personal stuff. As for price I'd say a dollar or two a week would be something most people wouldn't care to part with but would add up to quite a lot over time $100+ a year x 250 people if you managed to give them all away = 25000 a year. Not realisitc I know but still it shows you don't need much to make a lot of money.
