Thanks for Dishonored and Arkham City too.

 

I just remembered a couple important things I forgot to say.

First, I never thanked Jamven publicly. So... ;D Thanks for letting me jump on the "Arkham X" (Asylum in this case) thing a couple of years later. I foresee this coming weekend to include me taking pleasure by observing the abusive batman-mook relationship with attention to bat-fists and batarangs*.


Next, I'd like to complain that Taure didn't want to take the old-school classic Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines***, which is totally worth playing if you haven't tried it yet.

I guess if no one jumps forward, i'll be posting it and the other couple of leftovers (Fallout 1, 2 & Tactics were free on Gog a while ago, but if someone missed that, I still have an older steam-bought copy of those, and there's the recently picked up extra Trine 2 that I got purely from selling steam cards) at steamgifts.com unless someone asks me differently. I'll post the links after a reasonable** amount of time passes from this post for anyone desiring these to come forth and hope to give them away as the year comes to a close, or next year. We'll see.


*If Batman used a baseball bat, would it be a BatBat or a Bat^2, or BAT?

I'll second that. I played it years ago and had fun until I ran into a game-ending bug. There's a mod that fixes it that's been put out since and I keep meaning to go back through and play it to completion but my gaming backlog is pretty massive atm.

I havent picked who to give yours out to yet, and am not likely to do anymore for a day or two. I'm sidelined with a horrible flu, so sorry for ignoring all the Steam and FB msgs the last 2 days. My sister in laws kids came over sick as fuck, and proceeded to climb and cough all over, so my whole house is sick now too with 101-102 degree fevers.

If anyone wants his games, who hasn't already gotten a bunch of stuff, speak up! I've run into the problem now where of the games we have left, everyone has them, or doesn't have them on a wishlist, or the people who do want them have gotten a bunch of other stuff already.

 

If it's up for grabs I would love to get CK2. Ai war looks interesting as well. Not so sure about the other games as I'm not all that big on shooters so perhaps someone else would get more of a kick out of them.

 

Try manuka honey, shit is expensive but its basically magic.

Oh my god! This shit used to happen all the time with me. I'd be fine, then my sister (who would fork over fistfuls of cash to some new age type selling wheat grass and Echinacea, but turns her nose up at doctors) would bring her school-age children over, with all those school germs, and someone in my house would get sick; from there, you know it's only a matter of time before it makes the rounds and you get it. It's going to happen, the only question is what order. :facepalm

Doesn't happen so much, now that the two of them are in their early twenties and late teens, respectively.

Now that we know you're sick and vulnerable, gonna shake you down, man... rifle through your pockets, "Where muh fuggin' games?!"
