Overview:
Base pyro gun gets compressed air blast = can deflect grenades, rockets, etc

Shotgun -> flaregun: Can light people on fire from distance

Flamethrower -> Backburner: Crit if you attack their back, loses the compressed air, pyro gets +50 health. FUCKING SQUEE

Axe -> Axetinguisher: Crit if enemy's on fire, half damage otherwise. Basically useless, because you'd use the flamethrower at axe range. Decent if you run out of ammo, I guess.

Achievements, for the most part, aren't faggoty like the medic ones. Full list is in the link, but I'll give then main ones here:

Ignite 5 spies sapping, kill 20 people with shotgun after lighting them on fire, light other random people on fire, Kill 3/6 with axe, ignite 3 medics with undeployed ubers, kill 50 heavies, kill 500/1000 enemies, do a million damage, other random ones.

2 new maps included are cp_fastlane and ctf_turbine. Fastlane seems similar to Badlands, and Turbine seems similar to Hydro. More maps=good.

I'd say Valve fukken did it rite this time around. Decent achievements, some take a long ass time to get if you're not farming, all are possible, weapons are pimp, more maps is epic, and it's pyro tiem, baby!

Only problem is gonna be epic pyro spam on servers. Also, to draw more attention:

Pyro achievements seem retardard overpowered and easy to get.

Also, DLP 24 server = awesome. 30 server = awesomeness of 24, but with 3 extra ppl each side turret whoring. Turns into a clusterfuck on payload maps, they just ain't mean to have that many ppl rushing in one little spot.

 

They are indeed overpowered yet still easy to kill, and is insanely easy to get. Me and a friend got 22 achievements in under an hour, this is way easier then the medic achievements. Also 32 player Goldrushes = madness >.>, like 10 engys on def is impossible.

 

Can we have reserved slots for DLP regulars, some mods who can kick.

I'd be willing to get a voiceover server (teamspeak/ventrilo) if people are interested.

We;re seeing alot of regulars, as well as folks requesting to join DLP, as well as folks with clan tags asking for scrims. So far I've just said we're a private group of friends from a website, not looking to recruit at this time, and we're learning the game.

Epic stacking

Practicing rocket jumping me and Jon wound up stacked on an impossible to reach small rock ledge.
