    No one has been in it for it to be used. It usually gets popular during the summer time, or when people are really bored.

    Generally, its like the DLP TF2 server, its only popular when people are in the mood, and as far as I know people haven't been in the mood.

    It's just not practical. You can't run it in the background and read what was said later. If you want to participate, you have to focus on it, and that's a bother.
