It's nice that that's what you seem to care about the most.

Forgot to make up something for you buddy?

Azira, but mostly Menace, stop with the rolefishing.

I'm a bit busy right now, but I will have more time in a few hours.

    I should just put this out there for the record;

My average day starts at 7:00 AM I leave for work at 9:30 AM, I finish work at 7:30PM (8:30-9:30 average) and get home at 8:30PM(9:30-10:30) on average and rinse and repeat.

So, hence me asking if anyone had said anything about me or asked anything about me, too tired to look through.

My thoughts were distracted since I'm at work. I actually just wanted to put down that as Mayor I'm against lynching him (obviously). But it was also going to be a question to him as to who he would put in the Asylum if there was no decision to do the democratic town vote thing.

Also, he's not my buddy. I'd be playing a lot better overall if he was my buddy, probably because I'd be asking him what to say for every post.

I know, right Stojil? You didn't even thank me for removing the lynch vote, you twat.

I can always act like everyone else and pick someone who I don't like and start raging at them, but I'd prefer to, you know, not use personal feelings for this type of game. :)

@Jon: I did, but it was mostly sympathising with your work schedule.

Obviously the post before that was directed at Stojil.

Stojil; Not rolefishing, just wanted to get a good post out of Riley. Which I pretty much did.

Unfortunately it is not enough to remove my lynch vote on him.

Alright. One or two things to note before I have to run:

-Post #160 makes Riley look scummy to me. It's basically a rerun of his play in the last game: preemptive defense of "always looking scum" and posting a read-wall that can basically be summed up as "I dunno."

-Why are people so stirred up about Wetnurse's Post #81? It seemed pretty clear to me that all he meant was that he was a low-priority target. Menace's questions on the topic do carry a hint of role-fishing, though.

    Anyway, I'll be back shortly.

We still have more than a day for deciding a lynch vote.

@Caesar. I guess Post #81 implies that he can survive two nightkills. If he thought Mayor had a one nightkill protection, then how did he came up on the 2nd protection This seemed scummy to some players, though I don't know if I can classify him as a scum right now.

So I posted a "good post" but it's not enough to remove a lynch. What exactly would have removed the lynch? I'm curious. I feel like at this point, it's mostly arbitrary and I can assure you again: I am town.

Also @Caesar: I'm telling you right now that the only reason that it mostly sums up to I don't know is because it's only been two days, which in this kind of game is a long time to go without a lynch coming to an end. In fact, I've given more thought than some people and I even put down a lynch post, again unlike some people. That is just with the mayor vote and no info on who has what role simply due to no lynch.

---------- Post automerged at 09:14 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:12 AM ----------

Well, with how meta everyone's been playing due to lack of information, my preemptive defense of "always looking scummy" serves to point out that no matter what I post, there's going to be a number of people who say this. It kind of irritates me at this point, especially when it's untrue.

Sorry for the slow reply. I've been a bit busy, but that should be over by noon tomorrow. I know I've said that before, but there were complications. The deadline for this crap is noon saturday EST time. So this is the last time it will be a problem.

Azira reasoned why the mayor wouldn't die easily, as well. #89 Caesar also expressed a belief Sesc, although not the mayor, might live longer than expected.

So why Wetnurse? The simple answer is I was having second thoughts about Sesc. This can be noted for two reasons.

    1. As you stated, I started the Sesc vote. As a result I feel responsible for it. The general fear of it turning out to be a scum mayor made me a little bit nervous. I was one of the one's to elect scum!Aekiel in DLP Hunt 1, after all. That would not be enough to warrant a change on it's own.

    2. I was surprised at the speed of which Sesc's wagon took off. Compound this with the fact I used very dumb and very wrong reasons for putting him up to the vote. I expected his wagon to slow down after I rescinded, but it gained ground. On that note, Sesc started reluctantly but warmed up to the idea rather fast.

At this point I did not have a scummy vibe from Wetnurse. In fact, I figured Wetnurse might fit Font's plan. I still don't think that was a horrible idea. I was second guessing myself and Wetnurse seemed like a safe alternative.

I will be looking at the bandwagon on Sesc, but I have places to be. I'll come back with accusations and the like either later tonight or tomorrow afternoon. After which point I'll be around a lot.

    :facepalm

I'm not implying anything in that post. Let me redirect you to this:

Alright. Because I'm fucking pissed at having to explain to idiots who think that I could eat up 2 nightkills as town mayor... I fucking read the rules for this game and clearly know that mayor DOESN'T have a fucking nightkill protection.

To all you idiots twisting my words to fit your own purposes: FUCK YOU!

Well then Fuck you, you should have fucking made it clear in the OP, since many of us have not fucking played BSM. And I am not telling that you have implied it, I am telling that to an outside observer it will fucking look like that.

Guys, this is getting a little personal. Take some time away from the thread, cool down. If you can come back to it, fine but this is a game. Leave the personal problems out of it.

    @klackerz

Sorry about that. I'm not directing that at you but at everybody who's planning to use that shit against me. Your post was just the easiest/latest mention of this so it became the example.

Anyway, I kinda assumed though that plenty of people in this game followed BSM.

Only because you didn't, either.

    A hint?

Anyway, Lungs, make yourself useful and post a vote tally/do something about Seratin and possibly jwlk and Rents.

Vira's post are scummy, I don't want to rehash but saying she would rein in scummates seems like a rather defensive move. She either hasn't been reading my post or just plain lying if she thinks my post aren't saying anything. Sesc hasn't done anything outright scummy, but I found his start meh and peoples reasons for voting for him even meh'er. Jon seems to have been a lot less active since the Mayor Vote ended but it seems to be because of work considering he was arguing with Stojil beforehand.

Stojil and Menace are hopefully aggressive town, but I can't be to sure :/ Rents is playing mafia as usual, he posted very little and the few post he did make they reeked of scumminess. His instant defense of Sesc the minute I said something against him was interesting too. Wetnurse and Fonti seem the most scummy, but they could be powerful town roles trying to live, or scum. TBH getting an accurate read of anything is going to be easier when the first night ends. Captain Obvious Out

Seratin has until the end of Day One to make a ton of interesting, informative and well thought out posts.

Unless you guys want a modkill from a not-Ex-Mod to happen, we better figure out the replacement thing as a whole.

The day ends in just over a day.

    Lynch Vote:
Vira (2+2) – Rubicon; Menace; Lucky (Deadline); Wetnurse (Deadline).
    Riley (2) – Aekiel; Azira.
    Fontisian (0+1) – Vira (Deadline).
    Rents (0+1) – Stojil (Deadline).
    Jwlk (0+1) – Sesc (Deadline).
    Caesar (0+1) – Font (Deadline).
    Aekiel (0+1) – Riley (Deadline).

If I have any of the votes wrong, please tell me.

I didn’t say they were irrelevant, they seemed without content to me. It reminded me how I acted in Star Wars 1. I still could be wrong; it’s only the first day, after all.

I explained myself. If they don’t make sense to you, then that makes me question your reasoning skills.

No, people were worried that the scum would kill the mayor regardless who it was (as long as they weren’t the Hermiones.) I never agreed with Font's idea that being a derpy, weak mayor would save your life. And it’s greedy because you were leaping for the chance to be mayor, even when it was known the mayor could die the first night. Sesc, meanwhile, was more reluctant and careful about accepting. If he is scum, I give props to his acting for seeming genuine.

You mean forced to air my opinions after Menace and Stojil both pushed me to do something useful? Sure.

How is it defensive? If I were being scummy, I’d want someone to tell me how to proceed.

    -

Also, where's Rents? He hasn't posted in a while.

Rents is dealing with RL shit iirc, but yeah, if this turns into another BSM :/

@Stojil: It was more on observation of the game as a whole but yeah open/closed contrast is present.

---------- Post automerged at 02:53 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:51 PM ----------

Frig posted before I could get the rest typed.

Fishy, could you go into more depth on #2? It really reads like your oversimplifying and ignoring the circumstances.
